No class tonight so I got to spend time with my bundle of personality :)

Running log
Sunday: 5 miles
Monday: 3 miles
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: crazy, busy day - ran out of sunlight so I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for some cross training benefits.
Weekly goal: a bit lower this week with classes resuming: 15 miles
